While addressing the party activists Kalotra thanked the prime minister of India for the Rs 80000 crore economic package for the development of Jammu & Kashmir & also for the 34000 crore for the Jammu kashmir National Highway. He thanked the chief minister mufti mohd Sayeed & his cabinet ministers for convincing union govt. to announce a huge package .
