Udhampur, Nov 8: Jammu and Kashmir Plus 2 Lectures Forum’ district unit today organized monthly meeting under chairmanship of Ashok Sharma and various problems being faced by them.
According to press release, during the threadbare discussion, all the participants were discussed various issues regarding as filling up of various vacancies of teaching and non teaching cadre, enhancement in the grade pay of Principals and declaration of their post as non vacational, removal of pay anomaly of lecturers in physical education, Running Pattern in favour of+2 cadre, formulation and implementation of rational Transfer Policy and regularisation of all Jt.Directors, Chief Education Officers, Principals and lecturers, especially the leftover lecturers in various subjects serving in the Incharge capacity in the school education department.
Speaking on the occassion, Sharma appreciated the Education Minister for his keen interest in rejuvenating the system of education in the state.
He also appreciated the department for issuing the much awaited list of masters promoted as Incharge lecturers in some subjects and demanded early adjustment of the promotees’.
He also demanded enhancement in the remuneration in the rates of supervisory and evaluation duties of JKBOSE, holding of various examinations in time, appointment of Superintendents and Dy. Superintendents under norms and on the rotational basis.
He urged the Board authorities not to publish reports of mass copying at those centers where such incidents have not taken place as it tarnishes the reputation of the supervisory staff of such centres.
