YAC alleges CAPD, CDPO Deptt denying information Demand CM’s intervention 11/9/2015 1:03:48 AM Early Times Report BHADERWAH, Nov 8: Youth Action Committee (YAC) Bhaderwah president Naseer Mehboob Padder today alleged that CAPD and CDPO department of Bhaderwah has denied the information in case of various developmental works and schemes . In a press conference he alleged that “CAPD and CDPO Department” Bhaderwah of violating RTI by refusing to disclose the information that was demanded under RTI regarding the details of various works held by the both the department. They alleged that for the last many years, these departments allegedly were involved in rampant corruption and misuse of funds in some schemes. Speaking on the occasion YAC Secretary Sheikh Mushtaq Ahmed , Organizer Ather Ahmed and Arif Hussain alleged that Food and Supply Department Bhaderwah has denied the information in case of distribution of kerosene and ration supply ward wise They urged CM and Chief Information commissioner to personally look into the matter and punish the defaulters as per the law so that no department in near future dare to deny information under RTI Act   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
