Pre-session of National Lok Adalat held at Samba 11/23/2015 11:29:10 PM Early Times Report SAMBA, Nov 23: Pre-session of National Lok Adalat was held today at District Headquarters Samba under the chairmanship of Chairman District Legal Services Authority, M. L. Manhas. Two benches were constituted in which 77 cases were taken up out of which 32 cases were settled. The First Bench was headed by Chairman District Legal Services Authority (Pr. District and Session Judge) Samba, M. L. Manhas assisted by S. K. Khanmotra, Advocate and Renu Bala Advocate (Retainer Lawyer) to deal with pre litigation of Bank cases at District Court Complex Samba. In this bench 31 cases were taken up 16 cases were settled and Rs.21,14,000/- was realized from the defaulters. The Second Bench was headed by Sub Judge/CJM Chairman TLSC Samba, Ritesh Kumar Dubey assisted by Satish Dutta Advocate (Retainer Lawyers) to deal with petty criminal matters at District Court Complex Samba.
