AIBCU organizes conference 11/23/2015 11:29:24 PM Early Times Report Reasi, Nov 23: All India Backward Classes Union held a conference at village Salal (Reasi) on the other day under the chairmanship of Krishan Chalotra in which Prof. Kali Dass with his central committee members team was the chief guest. In the meeting all the speakers and participants demanded enhancement of reservation quota from 2% to 27%, enhancement of creamy layer from Rs. 4.5 lacs to Rs. 6 lacs which the centre govt. has already enhanced about three years back, renewal of OBC certificate (in J&K called OSC) be renewed on the basis of income certificate instead of a fresh certificate on the name of renewal and one and only one certificate on the name of OBC instead of OSC be given to the State OBCs. Besides, all the participants unanimously held Dy.
