Youth Arrested for Alleged Links with LeT 11/23/2015 11:34:56 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Nov 23: Police claimed that it arrested a suspected militant from Bargam hamlet in Awantipora area of South Kashmir's Pulwama district. A Police official while identifying the arrested youth as Ashfaq Ahmed Bhat, a resident of Bargam village said that he is an "Over Ground Worker of militant outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba".
