DLC takes out Heritage Walk 11/23/2015 11:58:33 PM Early times Report Jammu, Nov 23 : Dogra Law College organized Heritage Walk during the celebration of World Heritage week under the aegis of Dogra Educational Trust with the participation of the trinity colleges in Dogra Trust. A bugle was sounded by Priya Sethi Minister of State for Education and information and Broadcasting on 18th Nov when she implored all the educational institutions to celebrate World Heritage Week with great enthusiasm to spread awareness and inculcate respect with regard to local culture and heritage. The event started in the presence of the secretary Dogra Trust Samar Dev Singh Charak, Prof.(Dr) Director Law KL Bhatia, Director Adm. CD Educational Trust ,S.C Khajuria. Principal Degree College Poonam Gupta, Principal Shifali Sharma Dogra College of Education. The walk started from the complex and walked up to Mubarak Mandi, and the streets of old Jammu. The rout take by the students went from Ranverishvashwar Mandir , Parade , Moti Bazar , Paccadanga , Chowk Chabutra and eventually reached the destined place Mubarak Mandi. The students took pictures of the heritage buildings.
