Bovine smuggling bid foiled, 15 bovine rescued 12/7/2015 11:19:01 PM Early Times Report doda, Dec 7 :Continuing its drive against bovine smugglers, Doda police today claimed to foil a bovine smuggling bid with rescue of fifteen bovine animals during routine naka /checking at Pul Doda while the five accused have managed to give slip to the police team. As per reports, Police Party of Police Post Pul Doda intercepted a vehicle bearing registration no JK02S-0745 (Truck) from which 15 bovines has been rescued from the clutches of bovine smugglers. However the bovine smugglers fled away from the spot while abandoning the vehicle on the road. "During the investigation Police have identified accused as Talib Hussain s/o Mohd Ibrahim, Mohd Amin s/o Mohd Ibrahim, Fayaz Ahmed s/o Syed Shah R/o Doda, Rehmatullah @ bhotta s/o Abdul Khaliq R/o Dandi Bhalla and Mashkoor Ahmed s/o Ahmadi Rishoo r/o Rishu Pura Bhallah, police sources said. They said that a case under FIR No. 197/2015 u/s 188 RPC, 3 PC Act., 179 MV Act stands registered at Police Station Doda while manhunt has been launched to nab bovines smugglers.
