| Jammu, Dec 29: J&K high court Registrar General M K Hanjura today ordered the transfers and postings of three sessions judges. Aijaz Ahmed Mir, special judge, anti-corruption (CBI cases), Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pulwama, against an available vacancy. Yash Paul Kotwal, presently posted as 3rd additional district judge, TADA, Jammu, is transferred and posted as special judge anti-corruption (CBI Cases), Srinagar, vice Aijaz Ahmed Mir. Kishore Kumar, presently posted as additional district judge, anti-corruption, Jammu, is transferred and posted as 3rd additional district judge, TADA, Jammu, (earmarked as Fast Track Court dealing with rape cases in the district) vice Yash Paul Kotwal. Ashok Kumar Koul, special judge anti-corruption, Jammu, shall hold the additional charge of additional district judge anti-corruption, Jammu. --(JNF) |
