MLZS observes Grand Parents Day

KATHUA, Dec 29 : Mount Litera Zee School (MLZS) Kathua observed Grandparents day for classes 1st to 8th. The Function started with the Saraswati Vandana by students of classes 7th and 8th and moved ahead with the welcome speech of members of students council Atavika Chandan (8th) and Akshita Bawa (8th). Children from classes 1st to 4th also displayed their remarkable performances when they recited poems on different themes like motherland, National integration, Festivals , Environment and Patriotism. The students of 5th class enthralled the audience with their dance performance on "Dadi Amma, Dadi Amma Maan Jao". By being with the kids the Grandparents looked as if their life had sparkled again. On the occasion, Chief Guest SSP Kathua Neeva Jain said that she has witnessed remarkable performances of the students and felt very honoured to be a part of this function. They said these children today are promising young students who have reached a milestone in life and are earnestly looking forward to new challenges ahead.
