JAMMU, Dec 29 : Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) today organized its foundation day with gusto. Enthusiastic members of NDS while congratulating each other on the seventeenth anniversary distributed sweets to all those present on the occasion.
During the last 17 years, NDS organised various programmes to promote Dogri language such as Kavi Ghoshthis, Kahani Ghoshthis, Kavi Sandhis, Book Release Functions, Felicitation Functions beside other activities. Youth wing of NDS was also formed to promote the Dogri language amongst the youths too.
At present NDS is working under the patronage of S S Anand Lehar, renowned Urdu short story writer, poet and senior advocate, Supreme Court of India while the Youth Wing of Nami Dogri Sanstha is working under the patronage of Prof Anupama Sharma. |
