ACR Poonch bags award at "Good Governance Week Celebrations" 12/30/2015 12:16:46 AM Early Times Report jammu, Dec 29: Assistant commissioner Revenue (ACR) , Shafiq Ahmed Choudhary received Good Governance Award during a function held on Monday at Habitat Centre, New Delhi as part of the "Good Governance Week" celebrations. According to an official from District administration, "The District Poonch was adjudged for the Award as one of the Best Performers under "Digital India Programme". ACR Poonch, Mr Shafiq received the award from Union Minister for Communications & Information Technology, Ravi Shankar Prasad.
