New Year celebrations: Strict vigil around Jammu clubs, malls 12/30/2015 11:22:21 PM Early Times Report jammu, Dec 30: Inspector General of Police of Jammu range Danesh Rana today reviewed security measures ahead of New Year celebrations and asked policemen to ensure strict vigil around clubs, malls and hotels. "The Jammu police to take all strict preventive measures especially around the places like clubs, malls, and other big hotels of the city where New Year celebrations are expected to take place," Rana told officers at a meeting here today. The IGP reviewed security and preventive measures to be taken by the Jammu police. He asked police officers to take strict action against drunken driving and errant bikers. He also directed SHOs, ICs and other supervising officers of Jammu district to launch a massive drive against drugs and take strict action against peddlers.
