AIBCU resents on non-functioning of OBCADB 6/6/2016 11:29:03 PM Early Times Report Poonch, June 6: A meeting of All India Backward Class Union (AIBCU) was held at Dak Bunglow Poonch under the Chairmanship of its Chairman Jenab H.D Betab in which State president Abdul Majid Malik along with his central committee team was the Chief guest. All the participants expressed their anguish over the non-functioning of the OBC-Advisory & Development Board which is lying defunct after the formation of the new PDP-BJP Govt. All Boards like SC/ST and others have been activised but OBC-Board has been ignored deliberately is a matter of serious negligence an act against the State OBCs.
