Jammu, June 10: Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association Jammu Province after the success of one day strike and Secretariat Gheroe Program on 2nd June, now has decided to observe two days mass casual levae on 13th and 14th June across the state and appealed the Clerical Cadre to remain prepared for massive struggle, if the State Government failed to remove the pay anomalies of the clerical cadre. The decision was taken during a meeting held under the Presidium of Ravi Singh Bhau, Sukhbir Singh, Secretary General, Ravi Kumar, Sr. Vice President Nazir Ahmad Bhat, Umar Jan and Vipan Kumar. While addressing the Clerical cadre S Ravi Singh Bhau condemned the anti employees and workers policies of the State Government. Vide agreement 15/09/2011 carried out between the representatives of Association and the State Government authorities, the State Government vide Govt. Order No. 76-GAD of 2012 dated 16.11.2012 constituted the Pay Anomaly Committee. The Pay Anomaly Committee submitted its report regarding the pay anomalies of Clerical Cadre, Home Department and Revenue Department. The State Government accepted and implemented recommendations in favour of Revenue and Home Departments, ignoring the Clerical Cadre. S. Sukhbir Singh said notwithstanding, clerical cadre is the backbone of the state administration and are working from dawn to dusk with full integrity and dedication and are performing multiple task and are under mental and physical stress as well as to remain at the disposal of the officers not only office hours, but beyond working hours. Other members also attended the meeting Hamid Husain, Onkar Chand, Madam Sarita Bhandari, Ashish Bhandari, Madan Lal, Mohd Sharief Zargar, Yash Pal Sharma, Parkash Singh, Brijesh Mehta, J. R. Sagar, Madam Anita Sharma, Kirpal Singh, Romesh Singh Bhau, Rajinder Singh, Ranbir Singh, Avtar Krishan, Anil Kesar, Vikas Gupta, Ranbir Singh Bhau, Sham Lal, Anchal Singh, Ajay Sharma, Darshan Kumar, Harvinder were also present in the meeting.
