Week long Bhagwat Katha concludes 6/12/2016 11:02:19 PM Early Times Report RAMBAN, June 12: A week long 16th Shrimath Bhagwat Katha organized by Akahand paramadham Satsang Simiti (ASS) Ramban in collaboration with Vishav Hindu Parishad (VHP) organized concluded, here today. The Katha is being recited by renowned Hardevanand Giri Ji Maharaj from Haridwar. Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Ramban Neelam Kumar Langeh was the chief guest on the occasion, whereas vice president BJP Yudhveer Sethi presided the function. It is pertinent to mention here that this 8-day "Bhagwat Katha" is part of its annual Shrimath Bhagwath Katha which they was organising from the last 16 years keeping in view peace and prosperity among the people of the state. One the very first day, an impressive Kalash Yatra was taken out in Ramban which started from Ramleela Ground Maitra Ramban crossed Ramban and culminated back. Around 400 people from across the district are attended the "Bhagwat Katha" which is recited every day from 3 pm to 6 pm.
