KPC condemns stone pelting on KP pilgrims

Jammu, June 12: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) condemned the brutal stone attack on KP pilgrims at Khanabal Anantnag, Kashmir on June 11 by group of Muslim miscreants, on their way to Tulmulla, Kashmir. The president of the organization Kundan Kashmiri while strongly reacting over this sad incident and stated that PDP--BJP Govt. in the state has totally failed to protect the interests of minorities ,in particular of Kashmiri Pandits. He said in-spite of providing fool proof security cover to these KP pilgrims as repeatedly demanded by KPC and other KP organisations, the law and order machinery has failed to do so, which resulted that two KP lady yatri,s got seriously injured .. This brutal act has proved the claim of separatists as well as of Govt the dignified return and rehabilitation of KP,s total hallow and hoax. He said that.during the month of Ramadan this unholy act exposed the real face of fundamentalists of the valley, In-spite of receiving with love and affection, KP yatri,s were received with hate, bricks and stones.
