ABVP conducts signature campaign to highlight problems 8/1/2016 11:12:40 PM Early Times Report RAMBAN, Aug 1:The members of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) unit of Ramban led by ABVP district president Gurdeep Singh carried out a signature campaign here today in Government Degree College (GDC), Ramban to highlight various hardships and problems being faced by the students. The aim was to highlight the long pending demands of the college students which mainly included the un-availability of the drinking water thereby rendering the toilets unused, acute shortage of the lecturers, non-availability of sufficient facilities in Laboratories, Computer Laboratory, unavailability of NCC and sports facilities, no land line or cellphone network and no broadband facility and no canteen facility. As many as 250 students of the college signed their signatures on the charts stick on a wall outside the college gate today to lodge their protest in support of their long pending their demands. When contacted Incharge Principal, College, Prof Shehjan Ganai said that he and the college Principal Dr Yudhveer Singh have been highlighting the problems being faced by the students at every possible forums besides the concerned authorities.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
