SIT constituted to trace missing Ex Sarpanch/advocate 8/1/2016 11:32:26 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 1: Police today constituted a Special Investigating Team (SIT) headed by SP Rural including SDPO Nagrota SHO Nagrota and two other police officials to trace the mysteriously missing senior advocate who also is an ex sarpanch of a village in Nagrota assembly segment. Police spokesman said that the scene was preserved and dog squad was called for tracking down the missing person. "The FSL team was also requisitioned to collect circumstantial evidences including finger prints from the abandoned vehicle of the missing advocate. Later in the late evening, SSP Jammu, SP Rural Jammu and SDPO Nagrota also reached to the spot. The searches around the area where the vehicle found were carried out extensively. "Besides this the police teams also interacted with family members, friends and panchs close to the missing person to get some vital clue leading to trace him, sources said. Police sources said, the room of the missing person was also inspected in presence of family members and some records were securitized. "Based on the information gathered from the family members, friends and panchs questioning of persons including some suspects has been going on," sources added.
