EP land retrieved on SVC intervention 9/9/2016 10:46:20 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 9: Acting on SVC (state vigilance commission) directions, evacuee property (EP) custodian has retrieved and fenced EP land that was under the illegal occupation of some persons at Raipur Domana here. Earlier, taking cognizance of a complaint, alleging that 16 kanals and 2 marlas of custodian land falling under khasra No 100 at Raipur Domana had been illegally sold by Bodh Raj alias Ruda, son of Shanker Dass, in connivance of some unscrupulous EP and revenue department officials, SVC had asked the EP custodian to get the matter enquired and submit it the factual report. While submitting the report, the custodian told the commission that 16 kanal and 2 marlas of custodian land along with two single storey structures and some plinths raised by unknown persons on the land had been demarcated and notified as custodian property.
