Govt decides to expose radicalism, Omar also on radar 9/9/2016 11:04:10 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 9: The government has finally decided to take a tough call on the ultra-radicalism in the Kashmir, which many believe was allowed to sprout for many years with successive government having ignored it, especially the previous Omar Abdullah headed government, which was supported by the Congress. "There are many talks going on at this juncture. There is also a possibility that the government may come up with the white paper on the wahabisim in the valley. It will present to the people of the country the extent of the radicalization which has entrenched the society there," said a senior official. The Home Ministry on the directions of the PM Modi has decided to take a call as the cycle of violence is not ending and it's brining in a resemblance to the violence witnessed many Islamic nations, where there is Wahabaism. "How could you explain a 10-yr old coming on the streets and willing to die without understanding even the meaning and concept either Azaadi or lets radicalization. These were first witnessed in 2008 and then on large scale in 2010 when Omar was heading the government and it's he who ignored it and ironically stoked ultra radicalism there," said the sources. The sources said that white paper may also look into the complacency of the former CM Omar Abdullah in all these happening. "How could Omar say that situation now is slipping out of the hand and now the people will not even accept Autonomy. His tenor and tone simply suggest that the people are now calling much more than Azaad and it's Islamic state. Omar Abdullah it appears is also not disapproving it and there is possibility that for some political points he allowed the things to come to this end. We are looking at many angles and some heads may also have to face the public trial.
