Biker dies, pillion rider injured in mishap 9/9/2016 11:09:47 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Sept 9: A motorcyclist died while his pillion rider sustained critical injuries when the motorcycle they were riding on was hit by a mini bus at Shiv Nagar Udhampur National Highway. Police sopurces said, "The deceased has been identified as Raj Kumar (22) son of Sita Ram of Chack while the injured as Rajman Chandel (20) son of Rup Chand of village Salyot Chack." Sources said, "The accident took place around 3.15 pm when a Mini bus bearing registration number JK14A-0960 hit motorcycle (without number) on way from Mlhar to Udhampur City." Some locals and passersby immediately shifted the injured persons to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared Raj Kumar as brought dead while the critically injured Rajman Chandel was undergoing treatment at District Hospital Udhampur.
