22-yr-old hangs self to death in R S Pura 9/9/2016 11:09:56 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 9: A youth allegedly committed suicide today by hanging himself in a bordering village of this winter capital of the state. "The youth identified as Ashwani Kumar, this morning found hanging at his residence in bordering village Kotli of R S Pura tehsil here," police here said.
