| Birth anniversary of Sardar Patel observed as 'Rashtriya Ekta Divas' | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 31: Various organizations, educational institutions today observed 141th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as National Unity Day (Rashtriya Ekta Divas).
BSF School today celebrated the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabttbhai Patel as 'Rashtriya Ekta Diwas' (National Unity Day), in the school campus as a mark of tribute to the efforts of the country's First Home Minister to unite India. A floral tribute was paid to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
Joining the grateful nation in expressing its gratitude towards the first Home Minister of India Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel - the unifier of India - on his birth anniversary, a Unity Oath was administered by Bikram Singh, Chief Engineer (I/C) Sewa-II Power station, to all the employees of NHPC Ltd.
Since the Vigilance Awareness Week too is being celebrated from 31/10/2016 to 05/11/2016 across all govt. organisations in India, the Chief Engineer (I/C) urged all employees to continue to do their jobs with utmost sincerity & integrity.
