KRCEA appeals CM to restore reservation in promotions 12/7/2016 10:13:11 PM Early Times Report Doda, Dec 7: Jammu Kashmir Reserve Categories Employees Association (JKRCEA) held its executive body meeting under the chairmanship of its president JKRCEA (Chenab region) Joginder Singh Rai and urged Chief Minister Mehooba Mufti to restore reservation in promotion in the large interest of reserved categories employees and to preserve their right. Rai and others leaders of JKRCEA said that few selected people are hell bent to damage the cause of people seeking reservation in J&K. Citing Supreme court interim relief to employees of reserved categories of SC, ST, RBA, OSC and ALC against the verdict of J&K High Court where in it had struck down by state government policies of reservation in promotion since 2005, Rai appealed to Chief Minister see the cause of poor and down trodden people who are the beneficiaries of reservation clause. Speakers also condemned the agenda of Aarakshan Virodhi, platforms.
