Kishtwar, Dec 7: Extending modern health facilities to the door step of the people in remote areas of Kishtwar, the Dulhasti Power Station organized a two day free Eye and ENT Camp in Kishtwar in which atleast 800 patients were examined. According to official spokesperson, the people of Kishtwar District and adjacent areas were benefitted with this two day long free Eye & ENT medical camp organized by Dulhasti Power Station inaugurated on December 5. "Around 800 patients of Eye and ENT have been examined by the team of expert's doctors of KLSM Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital. During three days, 59 cataract patients underwent Phaco and SICS surgery, spokesperson said, adding, "atleast 32 patients were provided hearing aids in the camp free of cost." Spokesperson said, "On the concluding day of the camp, P K Langer, General Manager of Dulhasti Power Station who was present as special invitee appreciated the work done by the team of KLSM Rotary EYE & ENT Hospital and congratulated for successfully organizing medical camp in Kishtwar. He also expressed his gratitude towards the team of medicos for render8ing their missionary services medical camp. During the Medical camp, the teams have also visited nearby areas like Padar & Chhatru to identify patients for the camp. |
