| Present regime neglecting Pir Panjal, Chenab region, alleges Jan | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 7: Castigating PDP-BJP coalition for making hollow promises with the people, Youth National Conference (YNC) today alleged the present regime for total neglect of Pir Panjal and Chenab region regions of Jammu province. "The state as a whole is facing governance crisis but these two regions are suffering the most", YNC Provincial President Ajaz Jan said here this afternoon. Jan said that in both Chenab and Pir Panjal regions though the ministers pay frequent visits yet deliverance on ground is zero. "Many projects started by previous government in both Pir Panjal and Chenab region are stand still since last two years due to callous approach of the present government," he alleged. "Instead of fulfilling promises as made in election manifesto and during visits by Ministers, the government has been doing reverse in terms of enhancing prices of food grains and ignoring utility services, as a result of which the people are deprived of basics like power and drinking water", the Provincial YNC President said. |
