LJP alleges Dr Farooq for launching 'separate' Kashmir movement | | | Early Times Report Srinagar, Dec 7: Taking strong exception of utterances from National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah, the National President Lok Jhan Shakti Party (LJP) Youth Wing, Sanjay Saraf today accused that National Conference (NC) President, Dr Farooq Abdullah for launching 'separate' Kashmir movement and instigating youth to take arms in 1989. "He was the person who launched separate Kashmir movement and instigated youth to take arms in 1989, Molvi Yousuf Shah became Syed Sallah-Ud-din because of him, now when he got exposed he started giving an impression that he stands with people by extending his party's support to Hurriyat Conference," said Saraf in a veiled attack on NC during a press conference here. Saraf dared NC leader saying if Farooq Abdullah is really sincere then he should ask his party MLA's to resign from the state Assembly and join Hurriyat to take the ongoing freedom movement ahead. He said that Farooq Abdullah and his party have been badly exposed that prompted him to extend his support to Hurriyat Conference. "He is taking people of Kashmiri on ride, when he was Union Minister he advocated for war against Pakistan and when out of power he developed soft corner for Pakistan," he said. Seventeen Kashmiri students cracked Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Exams in recent past, he said what about those who are asked to pelt stones and then blame police for showering pellets but this is unfortunate |
