Cong leader demands handing over of Sarthal Devi road to GREF 12/19/2016 9:32:15 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Dec 19: Expressing concerns over the plight of devotees due to the poor road connectivity to revered Sarthal Devi, the Congress Leader Kishtwar Shamsher Singh Bhandari today has demanded handing over of Sarthal Devi to Hasti road to GREF authorities to make it two way road to accommodate rush of pilgrimage. In a press statement issued here today, Congress leader Mr Bhandari said that Shri Ashta Dash Buja Mata Sarthal Kishtwar temple is one of the historical temple of kishtwar which attracts thousands of devotees enroute to Machail Yatra Paddar but the apprich road to this temple in poor shape which discourages the pilgrims. Bhandari said that road from Hasti-sacred Sarthal Devi temple is in dilapidated condition ironically R&B Kishtwar do not pay any attention to repair this road and thus requested immediate attention of Union Minister of Surface Transport and Highway Nitin Gadhkari and MOS R&B Sunil Sharma in this matter.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
