ESRM stages nukkad "Refftaar Kumm Karo" 12/19/2016 10:52:54 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 19: Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) presented its 226th Monday Theatre staged Nukkad play "Refftaar Kumm Kuro" at opposite Chichi Mata Mandir National Highway Samba. This Nukkad "Refftaar Kumm Kuro" is a progressive particularly for our young generation who drive their motorbikes with unlimited speed without following norms and rules of traffic. Who has given them permission or license to drive like this ? Why such kind of activities are not checked by authorities ? This generation never care for the rules of land. Who is encouraging them to drive under age without any fear ? Story line is that Ravi is a student of 9 th class and asks his parents to get Motorbike for him. Ravi creates a problem for his parents. Ravi's younger sister Minu is intelligent and she is totally against Ravi 's demand and explains Ravi that being under age he cannot drive any kind of vehicle till he attains proper age for driving with proper licenses. Minu says that parents are totally responsible for such lapses towards their children when they allow their children to drive vilating the rules. Ravi is abamant for his demand without knowing it's repercussions. But mino again and again explains Ravi that it is impossible for him to drive Motorbike without proper license.
