Jammu, Dec 23: Three days long inter school sports competition concluded at JK Montessorie British School in the premises of school here today. According to press release, the celebration was held to encourage the little buds to show their talent in various activities. More than 200 students participated in this fest with great enthusiasm, interest and zeal from class nursery to class 10th. In three days fest, different types of activities like frog race, Lemon race, Balance race, Sack race, three legged race, poetry recitation, debate competition, card making competition, Rangoli making competition were organized for the students . All the participants were good at conceptual, creativity and communication skills and judged on the basis of expression, pronunciation and diction. From class nursery (frog race) first position bagged by Anmol of flower kids, second position secured by Aryan kumar of Co-operative School whereas third position got by kartavya Sharma of Flower Kids. The management lauded the efforts of the students as well as the teachers for their brilliant performance. Director Academics Rajni Gupta stated that the aim of the event was to encourage sports activities, create competitive spirit amongst the youth especially girls and build confidence and identify talent for representing state at National levels. |
