Early Times Report

Jammu, Dec 23: After raising voice against top party leadership over the alleged issue of posting of some tainted officers as heads of departments in the district, a former BJYM state secretary today said he won't budge an inch, changing his position.
Rocky Goswami, in his latest post on facebook, has sent a massage to his critics within the party by saying: Sach Bolna Agar Baghawat Hai To Haan Mai Baghi Hoon (If speaking truth is tantamount to rebellion, yes I am a rebel)".
After taking a jibe at some of the party youth leaders, who, according to sources, have snubbed him for his alleged anti-MLA and anti-party stand, he has received support from some people, including NC and Congress leaders of Kishtwar. "Jhooth Insan Ko Zaroor Tang Karta Hai, Lakin Jeet Hamesha Sach Ki Hoti Hai," said senior NSUI leader Thakur Sharvan Badyal in his reaction.
One Naresh Goswami in his support to BJP Youth leader writes: "Truth alone conquers, not falsehood." NC youth spokesperson extended his support to Goswami and said, "I stand by Rocky Bhai."
Pradeep Parihar, Vikram Rathore and Sourav Kotwal wished him good luck and said truth always triumphs.
It is pertinent to mention here that in order to motivate Goswami and other youth leaders of the party, top BJP leaders, including party's ex-spokesperson, had on December 17 reached out to them with the assurance that party was committed to fight against corruption. They, in a press statement, have clearly stated that the issues and concerns raised by Goswami over the posting of tainted officials in the district are genuine. "BJP's election slogan was based on anti- corruption and the party is committed to eradicate corruption from grass root level and posting of tainted officials on key posts confronts the basic principal of the party," they said. They assured the youth leaders to take up the issue with senior state party leadership and sought one week time to resolve the issue. They also said that party would take feedback from the masses and ensure that no tainted official was posted in the district.
