Jammu, Dec 23: After touring the different places of Ramban and Banihal, Sewa Singh Bali, State General Secretary Panther Trade Union (PTU) highlighted various demands of public interest during a press conference organised in Jammu today. According to press release, the four lane work has been obstructed by diverse departments like forest, revenue, leads to the lethargic developmental work. He lambasted the different government agencies for their negative role in the developmental work of four lane and urged, Governor of J&K State and Union minister for National Highways to intervene in this matter. Sewa Singh Bali also showed a wide concern over the grave discriminatory policy of present State government regarding appointment of SPO's where candidates from Kashmir have joined the service but the candidates from Jammu province are still waiting for their joining. People of concerned area also informed the Sewa Singh Bali that the prices of ration and essential commodities are soaring high. The poor people of this area seem to have hunger stricken position by such kind of policy. Among those who were present in the conference include Parshotam Parihar Secretary PTU, Naveen Bali Press Secretary PTU, Sham Gorkha Vice President, Raj Kumar Jandyal, Ravinder Jamwal, Sanjay Kumar, Asha Rani and others. |
