Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 15: To hide its failure to create sufficient parking space across Jammu, the district administration had sold the public road for parking purpose years back but there seems no possibility to reclaim these sold public roads from contractors.
Moreover, instead of reclaiming these roads, the shameless district administration, every year handed over these public roads to contractors' by inviting tenders for parking vehicles at road side and generating huge money by charging fee from the daily commuters.
A visit of busiest markets of city including Rughunath Bazar, Residency Road and RTO office- Jammu and even Apsara Road, Gandhi Nagar, reflects that... | |
