jammu, Mar 5: The much awaited list of 1032 most corrupt officers in J&K who have been booked in multiple cases of corruption and financial misappropriation, reportedly prepared by the State Vigilance Organization on the directions of Governor has mysteriously got struck; and if sources are to be believed, many of those whose names are on the notorious list are doing whatever it takes to withhold the list from coming in public domain.

JAMMU, Mar 5: Facing serious financial constraints, the Jammu and Kashmir state government has failed to release funds sanctioned for Rashtriya Ucchtar Shiksha Abhiyaan (RUSA), delaying establishment of two cluster universities and up-gradation of several colleges.
Sources informed Early Times that for the implementation of centrally sponsored scheme RUSA, State Higher Education Council (SHEC) was formulated and an amount to the tune of Rs. 23.37 Crores was released by Union Human Resource Ministry.
