Fazal Khan Early Times Report Srinagar, Mar 5: Just within the three days of taking charge as the new chief minister of the state, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) patron and veteran leader Mufti Mohammad Sayeed has indicated that he is out to bring a change and he means business. Soon after assuming office Mufti declared war against corruption and to begin with he asked his ministers to ensure that they engage officials with a clean image as their personal staff to avoid embarrassment in future. Mufti has followed the old adage, charity begins at home. Mufti's recent directive to Police that it should become a source of "reassurance to public than cause of fear" is a clear indication of the fact that highhandedness" won't be tolerated.
