JAMMU, Aug 29: It is almost clear now that the current turmoil in the Kashmir Valley is the fall out of a dangerous conspiracy hatched by the enemies of India based outside and inside Kashmir. If reports emanating from New Delhi are any indication, then one can say with full confidence that narco terrorism, hawala transactions and theofascists in Kashmir, who are backed to the hilt by Pakistan, are responsible for the current phase of unrest in Kashmir.
It is none other that the National Investigation Agency (NIA), which has the "help of security forces" found that that the "current unrest in Kashmir as well as several other incidents in the last few months" are "connected to suspicious transfers to bank accounts of local residents". "The possible sources of the funds could be narco terrorism or hawala transactions," it has come to believe.

JAMMU, Aug 29: The government is all set to start "Track 2" talks with senior separatist leader, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, who heads the moderate, Hurriyat Conference (M), for restoration of normalcy in Kashmir.
Sources in the Home ministry told Early Times that Mirwaiz has been deliberately detained at the Cheshma Shahi hut to "set stage for holding of track-2 talks with the Hurriyat leadership."
