JKP Jawan allegedly shoots self with service rife 8/10/2015 11:44:21 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Aug 10: A Constable of Jammu Kashmir Police posted at District Police Line (DPL) Udhampur and allegedly tried to end his Life by shooting self with his service rife here on Monday. According to the sources, identified as a Jammu Kashmir Police Jawan namely Gurpreet Singh s/o Manjeet Singh of Rathian in Udhampur presently posted at DPL Udhampur late last night. "He shot self with his service rifle AK 47, and hearing gunshot his colleagues immediately shifted him to District Hospital (DH) Udhampur from where doctors referred to Command Hospital Udhampur where his condition is stated to be stable.Meanwhile Udhampur police have registered the case and started investigations.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
