'Agent system' rampant at DC Office, admn allegedly acting like politicians' yes man 8/11/2015 12:11:17 AM Arun Trisal Early Times Report Kathua, Aug.10: All expectations of general public in Kathua from new government regarding development and reformation of corrupt system have fallen flat as the district administration allegedly is working efficiently but it is allegedly acting like 'puppet' in the hands of politicians and is working for some blue eyed. Series of protest demonstration and agitations have been a routine affair in Kathua against alleged 'agent system' which is rampant in DDC complex wherein they offer huge commissions for preparation of the vital PRC certificates, Adhaar Cards, SC/ST/OBC- Dogra- Income, Gun licenses other relevant certificates. High placed sources said the agents active in office of DDC Kathua even don't hesitate to prepare fake PRCs and other certificates without prerequisite basic legal documents of an individual. "The DDC Kathua who needs to be careful for this plagued system but is allegedly seen following his political mentors while setting aside the grievances of common man, sources alleged. They said, "The general public whenever approaches public offices but get nothing expect assurances to listen them but prolonged delays in their necessary legal works they are left with no option but to fall victim to agents."Local besides highlighting these problems related to DDC Office, also lamented that bad road connectivity, development of Dream park, Children park near DDC residence, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park, low voltage, drinking water supply, encroachment of Irrigation land from Lakhanpur to Kalibari, shortage of medical staff in District Hospital Kathua and said they don't know if DDC Kathua himself fails to listen them who will consider their problems. Locals urged Chief Minister, Revenue minister, Chief Secretary and Divisional Commissioner Jammu to review the things on ground reality by conducting a fair survey to know the working status of DDC complex Kathua which will show progress report of DDC Kathua and bring miseries of common masses to the fore front.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
