| Manohar Lal criticizes BJP- PDP Govt for anti employees’ policies | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 10: Senior Congress Leader , Former Minister and General Secretary PCC Dr Manohar Lal Sharma strongly criticized the anti employees policies of the BJP PDP government after the formation of coalition government in J&K state, the approach of government seems to anti employs and anti youth in every sphere whether they come from Education and ICDS workers or daily wagers in different departments including new recruitment policy. It is very unfortunate that state education department recently issued orders for screening test and verification of teachers appointed under ReT pattern whether they are regularized or going to be regularize after completion of their time period of five years. Most of these teachers are working hard and doing very well especially in far flung areas. There are number of employs including teachers Masters lecturers who obtain/secure degrees from study centers and distance education program merely to get the promotion/elevation are not brought under screening test. Dr Sharma took serious note of the approach of state government towards the teaching community and the wrong policies of state government which discourage the teaching community to work with dedication and zeal. He further said it is very unfortunate that the education department has closed thirteen hundred Primary School without any valid reason which further raises the illiteracy ratio. |
