| Reshuffle in Relief Organization, all overstayed officers repatriated | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 13: In a major decision Government today ordered repatriation of all zonal officers and camp commandants in Relief Organisation having an overstay of over two decades.
The decision was taken by Revenueand Rehabilitation Minister, Basharat Ahmed Bukhari who had received many complaints from migrants about the over staying officers and various bodies of displaced people had also staged protest demonstrations demanding reshuffle in the organization and repatriation of all ZOs to their parent departments with posting of tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars in their place.
Though the ZOs during last four months tried their utmost to influence the Government not to issue the transfer orders but they failed utterly as the Relief and Rehabilitation Minister turned down their all pleas in this regard.
After a prolonged delay the transfer orders were issued by Commissioner Secretary to Government Relief and Rehabilitation Department today.
As per the order Ved Parkash I/C Tehsildar, was transferred and posted as ZO Zone, Muthi Zone A&B vice Abhinav Bhat. Daljeet Singh Parihar, I /C Tehsildar, Revenue was transferred and posted as ZO Zone Mini Stadium vice Desh Kumar Hangloo.
Kapil Kant Khajuria I/C Tehsildar, revenue was transferred and posted as ZO in Jagti Zone A&B vice Shadi Lal Bhat. Lekh Raj, Tehsildar Revenue was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer Bhagwati Nagar Zone vice Shiban Lal Bhat.
Raman Sharma Tehsildar Revenue was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer Talab Tillo vice Tej Krishan Bhat. Romesh Singh I/C Tehsildar, Revenue was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer, Zone Tali Morh vice Pawan Nehru.
Ranjit Singh, Tehsildar, Revenue was transferred and posted as ZonalOfficer Zone Purkhoo TRT vice M L Tufchi. Raju Tehsildar, Revenue was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer, Zone Jagti C vice Rajinder Kumar Kilam.
Dr Raj Kumar Bhat veterinary Surgeon, Animal Husbandry was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer, Zone Digiana A, vice Moti Lal Vaishnavi. Kanwal Krishan Bhat, Subject Matter Specialist, Agriculture was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer Zone Channi Himmat vice Khalid Hussian.
Badri Nath Bhan, Agriculture Extension Officer, was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer Zone Gommanasa vice Imtiyaz Mehmood. Tej Bahadur Singh, Agriculture Extension Officer was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer Zone D C, B, vice Avtar Krishan Koul, I/C Naib tehsildar.
Pardeep Kumar Hangloo, I/C Lecturer Education Department was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer Bari Brahmana vice Ramesh Kumar Labroo. Virender Kumar Sathoo, Headmaster Education Department was posted as ZO Zone Nagrota A&B vice Vijay Kumar Pandit. Mir Latafat Qadri, Tehsildar Revenue was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer, Special Zone Srinagar vice Avtar Krishan Bhat. Dr Inder Mohan Harkar, Veterinary Surgeon, Animal Husbandary was transferred and posted as Zonal Officer, Zone Nanak Nagar A&B vice Rakesh Nargotra, Legal Assistant who will function as Legal Assistant in Relief Organisation.
Omkar Singh Saini, Naib Tehsildar, Revenue was transferred and posted as ZO, Zone DC-A.
Besides T K Bhat JAEO Agriculture who was working as Headquarter Assistant was also repatriated along with other 17 ZonalOfficers to their parent department but no substitute was posted in his place. |
