Contractual employee holds signatory authority in JU offsite campus 8/14/2015 12:19:48 AM K Koushal Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 13: A contractual employee is holding an authority to sign important official documents in an offsite campus of the Jammu University, indicating the rot that has set in there. According to sources, the signatures of the contractual employee IrfanGoni are seen on the official letters dispatched from the offsite campus. "The signatures of a contractual employee on the official documents took the JU staff for surprise, but later it was clarified that the signatory is a close aide of Dawood Baba who virtually runs the JU administration," said sources. A letter from the office of the Coordinator Campuses, bearing number CC/JU/15/49-60 and dated March 9 of 2015, addressed to Rector Kathua campus was signed by Goni who is Officer Offsite Campuses Development. Another document in possession of Early Times reveals that a letter from the office of the Chief Coordinator Campus to all rectors and Director Offsite Campus, JU, was also signed by Goni. All this was being staged managed by the Dawood Baba so that MrGoni can attract attention of the Jammu University administration and hurdles in the path of Goni's journey from contractual employee to Permanent job get cleared. The story of unlimited and unauthorized administrative powers enjoyed by Goni does not end here. His contact number gets appeared on the Student Bus of Udhampur off site campus.
