| It is well known to the world that during May 31, 2015, the Prime Minister China visited India on good-will mis sion to improve the diplomatic relation. There two big powers of Asia, India and China had a meeting at New Delhi. Where in, these two big responsible countries having faith on Buddhism recognized as well as admitted that these two countries were gripped with extreme terrorism and posed a great challenge for survival which hindered welfare and developments on all respects and was an onslaught on humanity. The effort exerted mutually, would help to stop the menace and enhance their co-operant concentrating support to combat fundamental terrorism for peace, prosperity and developments. That understanding was bounded in virtue of agreement which was being presumed to be implemented in letter and spirit, but alas! China had been remained reluctant to show its sense of sincerity and evaded itself to take interest against terrorism by supporting Lakhvi proceedings because of when petitioner India's call for U N action against Pak-supported terror Lakhvi case was being processed in the U N Security Council, at that time betrayed and failed to regard binding before ink dried which it had made against terrorism with India. That strange unexpected development put India in peculiar position and even then India asked to China's diplomat to response the proceedings on the issue of H-ul-M chief Salah-ud-Din Lakhvi in U N Security Council Sanctions Committee, on which he declined win kingly under its deceptive policy with unconcerned ambiguous reply by referring the U N Security Council resolution No. 1263 by ignoring with its sense. These all lopsided interest was to protect the Pak-interest and it did not desire to see any developing embarrassment against Pakistan. To refresh the memory of China ruling leadership, the Foreign Minister India cautioned that it had conveyed to Chinese authorities concerned that the terrorism was an issue which also connected to it, therefore that should be kept in mind while voting in U N and pressed further to afresh its memory about India- terrorism co-operation which figured during recent meeting date May 31, 2015, at New Delhi. It was very strange that despite commitment to fight against terrorism jointly, it deliberately ignored its own assurance and blocked India's move in the U N O over release terror Pak-supported Lakhvi on the plea of not providing adequate proofs for taking further action, which was its breach of trust irresponsible attitude of deceit, which visualized that it was not serious against terrorism except discharging its obligation like filling in blanks. It was not the first time of its betrayal, before it China had showed its negative performance on the issue of stalling U N action against L-e-T terrorist Hafiz Sayed on the plea seeking more details on the outfits links with Al Qaeda, but later on it was rejected its arguments with spurning away, and he was declared terrorist along with his terror outfit by it internationally, which was an embarrassment, and suffered a humiliating defeat. Its return reciprocal behavior was full of deceit. SECONDARY, the political position of China in Asia is very delicate, critical, and reeling under enormous problems and has been sitting on powder keg. The problem of Indo-east sea maritime island countries would never allow it for any encroachment in any circumstances on their inheritable political rights. These small island countries have full worth powder and shot to protect their sovereignty, the dream which it has, would not allow it to term them as its kick-bowl. Under those circumstances China cannot establish its paramount leadership to subjugate these islands. The world powers are aware and alert to keep an eye on its unwarranted intrusion in those maritime island countries. It cannot stake its any claim on the natural resources and navigation movement rights which that countries have over it since time immemorial. However, China assured to India not to take it serious over its movements on the territory of mall deep countries to enter Hind Mahasagar; therefore it should not feel any worry. China further informed to India that it had not any plan to establish its any navy base. It was difficu.lt for India to rely upon its promises and assurances keeping in view of violative references transgressed by it. China had assured earlier to India at the time of entering Sri Lanka for establishing harbor, which was transgressed and misused for other war propose. It violated Panchsheel agreement for its political purpose, entered in to an agreement with Care-taker Pakistan for ceding Suksham valley and other pockets to it out of the status quo Pak-occupied territory for its economical and political purposes, where as it was not competent leading to serious point. Apart from it, it deceived to India in U N Security Council wherein it supported Pak- terrorism despite its reluctance on the cases of international terrorists Hafiz Sayed and Lakhvi despite agreement made with India against terrorism on the basis of its deceptive policy. THIRDLY, to solve the diabolical Tibet issue is lying pending in international arena, whose sovereignty was encroached upon and thrown out these peace-loving Tibetans from their home-land in brutal manner by China through military force as a dictator of the world, and shattered their social fabric, cultural traditions, faith, destroyed their religious shrines and temples, converted their country in to a cremation ground by spilling of en masse killings of human blood and who so ever saved their lives were compelled for migration who moved hither and thither as orphans. Its protection rights and paramount powers which had flown from British Crown to India vide Indian Independence Act of 1947, were further abandoned by India to China at the cost of Tibet sovereignty for ever lasting peace, which was reduced from sovereignty to autonomy and after that it was further reduced by China its autonomous status to the level of slavery, and their territory was started to use for nuclear laboratory as well as converted for dumping spot for that dangerous arsenal as well as selected for suitable to fix missiles to towards the direction of India. It was the return of Indian generosity, but alas! It did not strict to keep spirit of guide line of Panchsheel agreement. Keeping in view of devastation, ruination, demographic change and onslaught on their religious faith, the revolt erupted against it and raised the flag of independence to restore their age old sovereignty which they had been enjoying since times immemorial. Under that alarming situation, China should restore their sovereign rights which encroached upon by force. It is an international issue which is to be solved amicably. Tibet exile Government would not sit idle and plead its case on international level for committing dare devil loot to encroach upon its sovereignty and make a ground to restore it. China cannot subjugate Tibet for further longer period. Fourthly, China presumes that Pak-permission for the intrusion in the part of lottery gifted status quo - Pak-occupied Indian State territory , where Pak-is a care-taker and has no sovereign rights to enter in to any agreement for political and economical purpose in lieu of Pak-protection for its survival politically and economically would not help for its expansion on all angles, but it would generate unpleasantness and bitterness on any unauthorized agreement without taking in to confidence of India. It should be kept in mind with guarantee that to enter in to any agreement with any country which has no sovereign rights over that territory is a grave misadventure and would lead for serious consequences. The various kinds of challenges and obstacles are expected for hand shake to make its sand castle to fulfill its ambition for expansion at the cost of Indian interest, which would never be. It is expected that before going in to fire range, it should consult first U N Security Council by taking in to confidence of India which has sovereign rights over it. The unwarranted agreements made with Pakistan over the part of status quo of Indian State territory are challengeable and these two countries will be responsible for the consequences. That complication has gripped China, created worry all the times, which should be taken in view for peace and developing diplomatic relations. But on the other side the generosity showered by India upon China vide agreement referred to above, that co-operant norms of reciprocal culture that missed in its memory, is very sad. It was ironical that the return response to develop diplomatic relations and co-operation was negative and dry with narrative that Himalayan State of Jammu& Kashmir divided between India and Pakistan and was termed a disputed territory, which was self-styled absolute ambiguous argument without any further authentication and justification that is an absurd totally. Later on its Foreign Ministry justified in 2009 that Kashmir was an issue that had been long standing left from history. The issue touched the bilateral relations between the relevant countries. As a friend it would be happy, if they could play a constructive role in resolving the issue. Its pleading shows that China is unaware about the facts of history of the State as well as of the proceedings recorded by the U N Security Council during contesting the case of Jammu & Kashmir, where in Pak had admitted to took an aggression on the State and U N Security Council admitted Indian sovereignty over Jammu & Kashmir State, recorded in its proceedings. It is very strange the China being one of the members of the Security Council is ignorant about the facts. The State accession proceedings are lying in its office. That is now a closed issue, The State accession to India is unchallengeable and irrevocable. Indian sovereignty over the State has been recognized world over, especially the U N O. In the light of ground realities and historical facts, it seems no reason to have the indifferent attitude against India being a neighbor country and connected with the Buddhism philosophy. FIFTHLY, the boundary dispute issue has been a head-ache and lying pending since long. In this regard China is adamant under its ego to decide boundary demarcation issue according to its dictation without any argument and exchange of opinion and ground qualifications, but India desires to solve the issue keeping in view of natural points, revenue records, age old movements, traditional occupation etc and etc, which is not liked to it under expansion policy resulting in intrusion in bordering territory of India and mutual enmity. It is hoped, that it will not go back and ignore the agreement of 2005 on political parameters and guiding principles for settlement of the boundary question. The highlights of the agreement were that the boundary should be along well defined and easily identifiable natural geographical features, and both the countries would safeguard due interests of their settled population in the border areas.
