Mumbai, Aug 17 Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Labour & Employment, Govt. of India Bandaru Dattatreya, announced that ESI Corporation will provide all medical facilities to working class in the organized sector as well as for the un-organized sector like construction site workers, domestic workers, auto-rickshaw drivers and many more while laying the foundation stone of ESIC Nagar, near D.N. Nagar, Andheri (W), Mumbai.
Minister later inaugurated the 300 bedded ESI Hospital at Kandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra on 17th August, 2015 and further informed the gathering about the 2nd Generation reforms undertaken by ESIC recently like launching of Abhiyan Indradhanush for ensuring the change of bedsheets as per VIBGYOR pattern during the week i.e. to be changed everyday, starting of Medical Helpline 1800 11 3839 for emergency and seeking guidance from causality/emergency, special OPD for Sr. Citizens and differently-abled persons in ESIC Hospitals and online availability of Electronic Health Record of ESI Beneficiaries.
