AIBCU slams PDP-BJP Govt for not implementing Mandal report 8/17/2015 11:31:44 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 17: All India Backward Classes Union slammed the Jammu and Kashmir government for not implementing Mandal Report despite the judgment given by Supreme Court on it in the state. As per press release, members of the union said that the constitution which grants equal rights for all and under which the Apex Court also gave its judgment on Mandal Report in 1992 there by granting 27% reservation to the OBCs in the country after 45 years of Independence a deliberate long delay. "The report was implemented in all the states except J&K State. All political parties like NC; Congress; Panthers; BJP & PDP are against the due share of the State OBCs & so never plead for OBCs," they said. Raising question on the coalition government, members said "When Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh says that the coalition government is neither political nor ideological then the only sense it makes that they want to be in power only for lucrative benefits ignoring the "Social Justice" without of which "Development of any kind is meaningless & senseless".   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
