Two persons killed in road accident

Rajouri, Dec 10: In two separate incidents, 10 years old boy from Poonch and a laborer from Reasi districts were killed in Rajouri district due to the negligent and rash driving by the drivers.
In the first incident that occurred near village Potha under the jurisdiction of Kalakot police station, a 10 years old boy identified as Mohammad Arfan son of Mohammad Latief resident of Sabjian (Poonch district) died while another woman namely Razia Begam was injured. Police said that the deceased along with family members was traveling in the bus bearing registration No JK02F-7257, which was on way to Rajouri from Kalakot and was driven by Gurnam Singh.
Meanwhile, a labourer from district Reasi who was engaged by the Power development department for erecting poles was crushed to death by a speeding mini bus near Rajdhani village in Thanamandi tehsil in the morning today. Police said that one Mushtaq Mohd son of Abdul Latief resident of Daddi Fazari was crushed by the Mini Bus bearing registration No JK02A-1041 while crossing the road near Rajdhani village.
