Painting competition organized at Sub Jail Hiranagar 12/10/2015 10:45:19 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Dec 10: A painting competition was organized today at Sub Jail Hiranagar. Jail inmates as well as staff members participated in this competition with great enthusiasm. The programme was organized on the instructions of worthy Director General of Prisons in order to reformate the Jail inmates and above all to explore their talent. Jail inmates made paintings on various social issues as well environmental conservation.
