Govt should tackle internal situation instead of giving sermons to other countries on ISIS : Dubey | VHP critical of Modi Govt's Pak policy | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 10 : Though critics are opposing Modi Government for its policies and sending of Foreign Minister, Sushma Swaraj to Pakistan and the Union Government has drawn a flake from various leaders including BJP senior leader and former Finance Minster, Yashwant Sinha, VHP which is a sister organization of BJP has also taken the Modi Government to task for holding the talks with Pakistan and yielding at diplomatic level. The VHP's opposition to the Government reveals that the organizations within Sangh are not fully satisfied with the working of Modi Government even at diplomatic level. State Unit of VHP has not given a clean chit to Modi Government butcriticized it for its lenient approach towards Pakistan especially at diplomatic level. The criticism was made none other than a senior leader of VHP and its patron Dr Rama Kant Dubey at a press conference here today. Referring to yesterday's meeting of Indian Foreign Minister, Sushma Swaraj with Pakistani, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharief at a press conference here today, VHP patron, Dr Rama Kant Dubey took serious exception toviolation of protocol by Pakistan for not hoisting Indian Flag along with Pak flag during the meeting. Dr Dubey said that over a decade ago when then Deputy Prime Minister of India, L K Advani visited Pakistan to pay homage at the mausoleum of Jinnah the founder of Pakistan, the Pak administration washed the grave saying it has been desecrated due to Advani's visit. Dr Dubey said Pakistan never considered India to give the status of Most Favoured Nation (MFN) despite India made umpteen pleas to it in this regard. |
