| Jammu, Dec 10 : A training program to set up mushroom cultivation and its value was jointly organized by Jammu and Kashmir Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organization and Mushroom Development Office of Agriculture Department today which is sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India under STED Project. On this occasion, S.S.Jamwal, Director Agriculture alongwith other officers of the Department and Mushroom Development office were present. Other officers who participated included S.K. Sonakar, AGM, NABARD, Nunan, District Officer EDI Jammu. In this program, Sonakar, AGM, NABARD delivered a detailed lecture on various schemes of NABARD and their far reaching benefits to the public. Binoy Kumar, Sr. Consultant JKITCO spoke about functioning of ITCO and the aims and objectives of STED Project as also the achievements made in the last three years in its implementation. |
