Jammu, Dec 21: In a much terrible AKhnoor Sex Scandal in which victim named about 50 persons who committed rape with her, father of the victim filed a petition before the High Court J&K seeking transfer of Case to CBI or Crime Branch Jammu, Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir of J&K High Court issued notice to DGP & Ors which were accepted AAG WS Nargal and directed AAG to produce the SHO Akhnoor along with Case Dairy on December 30 and also directed AAG to file reply. After hearing the counsel for petitioner, the Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir of J&K High Court issued notice to DGP & Ors which were accepted AAG WS Nargal and directed AAG to produce the SHO Akhnoor along with Case Dairy on December 30, 2015 and also directed AAG to file reply. Earlier when the petition came-up for hearing, Adv Deepika Singh Rajawat appearing for the petitioners, submitted that police is investigating the case of rape of minor girl aged 15 years in very causal manner and they also beaten the victim. She further stated that the victim was kept in illegal detention for almost 10 days. Adv Deepika further submitted that the victim was raped more than 50 persons in Akshnoor and policed adopting delay tactics in investigating the matter and arresting the accused. Counsel for petitioner further submitted that it is surprisingly the victim was medically examined after five days from the statement was recorded. |
