Jammu, Dec 21 : Sports week concluded at JK Montessorie Senior Secondary School in the school premises here today. According to press release, the sports events during the week were organized to faster the spirit of sportsmanship among the students. The celebrations were held with great exuberance in the school ground. About 400 hundred students participated in sports events with great enthusiasm interest and Zeal from classes Nursery to 3rd. Quarter finals, semifinals and the finals of various sports events were played today. Sanjeev Gupta, speaking on the occasion, said that the event laid the ground work for students to demonstrate utmost competence regarding various sports domains. From class Nursery, in Bean Bag race, Ist position got by Manvi Tikoo, second position bagged by Lavanya Bhat and third position secured by Ashish Sharma. From class LKG in 'Lacing and Beads', Ist position secured by Aarav Singh, Second position got by Hunar Kour and IIIrd prize shared by Geetansh Sharma and Nitesh Sharma. From Class UKG Banana Race and Balloon Burst race, First prize shared by Shivein Sharma and Abhinav Sharma, Second Prize got by Kushav Sharma and third prize bagged by Anand Kumar from Class Ist in 'Hurdle Race' Ist Prize secured by Aditya veer Singh, IInd prize bagged by Tanmay Gupta and IIIrd prize clinched by Prisha Samyal. From class IInd in One Leg Race Ist Prize shared by Taranveer Singh and Anshuman Bassan , IInd Prize secured by Panvi Sharma and IIIrd Prize got by Shreya Mattoo. While from class 3rd in Sack Race 'Ist prize shared by Sanchit Kumar and Vanshika Verma, IInd prize also shared by Sanjeevani Pandita and Arya Sharma and third runner up is the Veronica Bhardwaz and Pulkit Bhat. |
